Great location. Just head up the escalators outside the arrivals hall and you're there in less than two minutes. The room is very compact, but the bed is comfortable and that's what's important.

Both times I stayed I was told that the air-conditioning was automatic and I was discouraged from using the in-room air-conditioner. I ignored that, turned on the air-conditioner, and enjoyed the temperature I wanted.The price is quite high, but they sell out and you can't beat the location.

My friend reported that it was comfortable and clean.

It's not convenient if you are at the airport on a layover, because you likely need a visa to get there. My visa did not arrive due to processing issues so I was unable to use the facilities and had to sleep in the terminal. My friend's did, so she was able to stay.

Comfy, clean, as advertised and depicted in photos. Quiet as well. The toilets were clean and a short walk from the Pods. Staff was attentive for sure.

I had a great experience staying at VATC SleepPod! The location is super convenient, right inside the airport, which made it perfect for my early morning flight. The pod was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area. If you need a short rest or a comfortable overnight stay at the airport, this is definitely the best option

The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The sleeping pod was thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere that felt like a peaceful retreat

The room is on the second floor of terminal 2 directly above the baggage carousel so it is very convenient and easy to get there. The receptionist who was there that night was very friendly and helpful.

I wish there was a shower area.

No separate bathroom is a bit of a hassle, but not too bad

The pods are located inside the airport, just one floor below the check-in counters. There are plenty of food options in the terminal that stay open late, so you won’t go hungry. While there are no shower rooms, there’s a relatively private public toilet nearby. The pods can be rented by the hour or for a full day, like we did. They provide snacks, bottled water, a toothbrush, pillows, blankets, Wi-Fi, and even a comb. It’s a bit tight and definitely not a hotel, but if you’re looking for a place to rest inside the airport while waiting for a late flight, like we were, this is perfect. It’s quiet, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were great, location was perfect. They provid water and biscuits and tissues and a toothbrush. Location is close to public toilets and in a quiet part of the airport. 5 minute walk to check in/security.

Location could have been signposted better, it was 1am and I struggled to find it at first. You hear noise between pods which is a bit distracting. The fan can be quite loud as you sleep. No shower at nearest toilet however there are lovely showers if you pay for the busines lounge. Accomidation price for Vietnam felt quite high.

I liked the location, being in the airport but a bit out of the way, and close to a set of bathrooms that's rarely used so it's very clean.

The soundproofing is not very good - I could hear the conversation in the next room very clearly (although they were speaking in a different language so I had no idea what they were talking about). The room was also a tad stuffy/

We had a quick overnight flight connection in Hanoi and this option proved to be just perfect for us. Comfy beds and actually a fairly quiet nights sleep considering we were in an airport! Check in very smooth. Toilets nearby and constantly being cleaned- I think even over night?

Not much- it surpassed our expectations so that was great. We knew on advance we had to use very close by public toilets ( actually upstairs away from the airport crowds) and no showers so our expectations were well managed x if you do want a shower you can pay to use the airport lounge after check in.

Comfy and quiet however my partner woke up with bed bug bites and wasn’t compensated. Currently still travelling and don’t seem to have taken any with us…however too soon to tell if they laid eggs in any of our luggage. Hopefully not. Bed bugs aside everything seemed clean and the staff were kind prior to us asking about compensation. As long as they sort out their bug situation it’s good for 1 night but really up to you if that’s worth the risk!

Although small (after all it is a pod!) it was clean comfortable and quiet.

The pods are not very well insulated and you can hear noises from the neighbouring pods.No showers.

Everything realy . We needed a nights accommodation as our connecting flight was not till 23 hours later . The little pod provided exceptional value ,perfect for catching a much later flight. The staff are very helpful .The lucky restaurant on the floor above is very nice. would recommend it to anyone wanting a rest between flight .

Located within Terminal 2 before Security Control. Very convenient since I get to rest there before my 1:00 am flight.
